Tasting This ruby coloured wine, bright and of a beautiful intensity, reveals a straightforward nose with fruity characteristics: blackberries, morello cherries, red plums. Slight spicy flavours will develop on the second nose. On the palate, you will find an elegant and juicy wine with multiple fruit aromas: blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry; accompanied by fine and sweet tannins. Elegant structure, silky texture and acidity that brings a certain freshness and a persistent finish. Food and wine pairing Poultry, white meats, beef skewers, Provençal trout will be the dishes to accompany your 2016 vintage. Service 16°C to18°C. Cellaring To drink or keep for 3 to 4 years. |
PINOT NOIR 2017 13 % Alc./vol.
Tasting Ruby in colour, clear and luminous, this wine bursts into the glass. The nose is open and fine, this pinot noir has its characteristic fruity aromas (cherry). The second nose shows a stronger aspect of this wine with ferny aromas. A beautiful complexity that continues with spicy notes (white pepper). The palate is clean, this wine has a frank attack and liveliness. However, the subtle aromas of blackcurrant are present in the mouth for a long time. The balance is remarkable, reminiscent of the aromas detected on the palate of sweet spices such as pepper. The tannins are present although discreet enough to be forgotten. Food and wine pairing A harmonious wine that can be served with a beautiful roasted suckling lamb, a few duck aiguillettes or simply for the pleasure of enjoying a glass of wine, to be drunk alone or with others. Tasting Salmon coloured, intense and brilliant in its glass, Pinot Pink has an open nose that develops on aromas of red fruits such as strawberry. On the palate, we find a dry wine that will surprise you with its sweetness and elegance. On the nose as well as on the palate, this wine suggests fruity flavours, strawberry, plum. Low in acid, Pinot Pink will impress you with its voluptuousness! Food and wine pairing This easy to drink wine goes well as an aperitif, at a BBQ, with braised lamb or simply one of your desert dishes.
